Background
The firm was
first started in 2004. The service offerings was initially
focused on service development and change management.
Over
the years additional services has been developed and today
the services are focused around the area of organizational
innovation. This focus in the consultancy services include
three areas:

The firm
is now moving into an exiting time expanding on
emerging international research.

Personal
Presentation
Dr. Mikael Lindén has
been working as a consultant for over 10 years. His
experience includes working for large and small consultancy
firms in Sweden and has also been working as a chief
consultant and deputy divisional manager for a number of
years. He has a strong background from research in
several different areas including:

Organizational performance

Operational research
-
Environment and security
-
Nuclear physics and medicine

Current
Research
Dr. Mikael Lindén has conducted research on organizational boundaries, leadership and innovation. His thesis:
“The Nature of the Customer Interface, in the Context of Innovation and Organizational Performance”
explores how organizations design structures to dig into the knowledge and innovation capabilities of their customers.
